I had an issue with my checkout while using a coupon, and now my coupon won’t work, what should I do?

If your checkout is not completed properly due to a payment issue, your coupon will temporarily not work because our system thinks it has been used. In this case please wait an hour for our system to realise the coupon wasn’t used, and the coupon will automatically refresh and be ready for use again! If you have waited an hour and the coupon still doesn’t work, please reach out to support and we’ll send you a new code.

How do I earn rewards points?

Referral Rewards: Give $10, Get $10

Both you and your coworkers, colleague or associates will receive 200 points that can be exchanged for a $10 off coupon after your coworkers, colleague or associates make their first purchase! To receive this reward: Get your unique referral link here, then get your colleague to use your link to make their first purchase. 200 points will appear in your account and your colleagues account once the purchase is processed.

Get 5% Back In Loyalty Points

You will earn one point for every $1 spent at Profound Aminos. 100 points can be exchanged for a $5 off coupon, that’s 5% back on every purchase! Plus we’ve gifted anyone with purchases since 1st January 2025 one point for each dollar spent in transactions this year (as of loyalty launch date on 02/11/2025). Loyalty coupons cannot be combined with any other sales, coupons or offers. Minimum number of points required to create a coupon is 100 and there is no limit on the points you can redeem at once. Therefore if you save your points and redeem them at once, you could create a coupon worth hundreds of dollars!

Can I combine coupons on one order?

We cannot advise customers about any part of the research process, and assume that all researchers have the requisite knowledge and expertise to safely conduct their experiments and properly handle research-grade compounds.

Store Refunds & Returns

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on research products. All our products are sourced from reputable manufacturers with established safety and quality records.

We stand firmly behind the integrity of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issue or have concerns regarding a product you’ve received, please contact our support team — we’ll be happy to assist and ensure your concerns are properly addressed.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for most products are available on our dedicated test results portal for your review and verification.

Refunds

In the event that you are not satisfied with the research product you purchase, you may contact our care team to discuss the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for purity or fill weight unless 3rd party test results are presented showing that the product is either underweight or the purity is under 98%. Upon submission of these 3rd party test results, a full refund will be issued.

Test results are only accepted from reputable testing providers, as indicated here:

Shipping/Delivery Issues

We ship all products using UPS Ground unless otherwise requested during order submission. Shipments are picked up between 10am-2pm each weekday, and usually arrive within 3 business days, although it may take up to 10 business days to arrive due to recent ongoing carrier delays.

Tracking information is provided upon shipment, abd automatically sent to customer’s email address. Tracking should be followed to ensure safe and secure delivery of your product.

We are not responsible for stolen or redirected packages. We encourage all customers to use a secure lockbox or a drop box for package delivery to ensure safety of purchased items.

In the event your package is lost, we can utilize shipment insurance to generate a refund or re-ship your product.

Please note that shipping delays do happen, and we have no control over the shipping process once the order leaves our warehouse,

While we understand it is frustrating for your order to get delayed, please be patient. The vast majority of packages that are delayed in transit do ultimately get delivered.

Our policy is to wait 10 business days before reshipping an order or offering a refund. We have found this to be the most equitable policy.

We are not able to authorize re-shipments or refunds for packages with tracking info that states “delivered.” This includes packages delivered to an incorrect address or to a common area in an apartment building. Customers should contact the carrier to inquire about the package delivery prior to reaching out to us for assistance.

Chargeback Policies

We defend our business from fraud and theft assertively. Customers who submit chargebacks/disputes for valid fulfilled orders will be banned from our store. Please contact us about any order issues before initiating a chargeback/dispute. Most of these order issues can be worked out collaboratively to mutual satisfaction.
